Ton-Tel Transport Management Software

The Ton-Tel Weighbridge Computer Software is a powerful yet easy to use system for recording and analysing all weighbridge operations. The programme also monitors stock levels and records all vehicle movements.

The Ton-Tel Software can be used with all Griffith Elder Weighbridges including the Single-Axle and Full size truck scales.

The above screen-print shows the weighing screen. All Weighing operations are automatically recorded on the computer and tickets can be printed off on the computer's printer. Additional information concerning each weighing can be easily entered using the drop down boxes. For Single Axle Weighers, the individual axle weights are also recorded.

Law Enforcement

The Ton-Tel Weighbridge Law Enforcement Software is a powerful yet easy to use system for recording and analyzing all vehicles, axle by axle to give a ticket showing the all the relevant information needed for monitoring and controlling vehicle weights on the highway. The Software has been specifically designed to be used with Griffith-Elder Single-Axle Weighbridges and is password protected so that only authorized personnel can use it. A vehicle type may be chosen either before the weighing or after. In both cases all the axles will be recorded and the vehicle type can be chosen from a drop down box which shows a picture for ease of recognition.

The vehicle is described by the type, including the number of axles and the number of trailers it has along with the allowable weights for each axle or group of axles. The actual weights recorded are compared to those allowed and a fine can be imposed either at the time of the weighing, or at a later date.

Reports

The system contains a powerful reporting facility. The operator selects the parameters for the report from a simple screen by ticking boxes and selecting options. The report is then generated.

Information can easily be exported from the Ton-Tel program to other programs for further data analysis. It is compatible with all spreadsheets. It is also possible to send all weighings to another computer where they can be seen in another copy of the Ton-Tel program and old weighings can be printed out exactly as they were taken.

The Ton-Tel program is available in both English and French language versions and works on Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating environments.
